Frequently asked questions
When will the LinkedIn Ads integration be ready?
It's in development. We don't publish dates we can't promise, so this page will switch to Connect the day it goes live. Until then, if your LinkedIn links carry UTM tags, ask ClickBoss about LinkedIn traffic, conversions and leads from your Google Analytics data.
What LinkedIn Ads data will ClickBoss read?
Spend, impressions, reach, clicks, landing page clicks, conversions, conversion value, leads, lead form opens, video views, engagements and follows, by campaign group, campaign and creative. ClickBoss works out CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency and cost per lead from them. Access will be read-only.
Can ClickBoss show which job titles and companies see my ads?
Yes, in groups. LinkedIn shares results by company, job title, function, seniority, industry and company size. To protect members it leaves out groups smaller than three and rounds the numbers, so ClickBoss will treat these splits as direction, not exact counts.
How will I connect LinkedIn Ads to ClickBoss?
In ClickBoss, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose LinkedIn Ads. You'll sign in to LinkedIn and approve read-only access to your ad accounts and reporting. A Viewer role on the ad account is enough. ClickBoss never creates or edits campaigns, and you can disconnect any time.
