For data collected from Google APIs, we adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  3. Chat Interactions and AI Data Sharing, Your chat interactions and data from connected third-party services may be shared with our privately deployed OpenAI models hosted on Microsoft Azure and OpenAI's GPT model for chatbot functionality.
  4. Usage Information, To understand how you interact with our Service and improve your user experience, we collect information about your usage. This may include log data, device information, and other data related to your activities within our Service.
  5. Data Processing, We process data on-the-fly and do not store any raw data in databases, except for chat history as detailed in the "Third-Party and Proprietary AI Tools" section.

  • Google Analytics, Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  • Google Ads, Access campaign performance metrics including clicks, impressions, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Facebook Ads, Analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, ad spend, and conversions.
  • TikTok Ads, Leverage data on user engagement, video views, ad clicks, and campaign performance.
  • LinkedIn Ads, Analyze campaign data such as impressions, CTR, engagement, and lead generation metrics.
  • Microsoft Ads, Review key metrics like ad impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions.
  • Snapchat Ads, Track engagement, ad performance, and campaign reach.
  • Shopify, Aggregate data like order revenues, refunds, taxes, and product details. No sensitive customer information is queried, stored, or shared.
  • BigQuery, Perform SQL-based queries on your stored data to generate tailored insights.

Data Retention and Security

Your chat history and certain integration data are securely stored in Google Firestore. Chat data is retained indefinitely but can be deleted at your request via the Service's settings. We employ stringent security measures to safeguard your data.

User Consent and Opt-Out Options

By using ClickBoss, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in this policy. You can withdraw consent and delete your account at any time; however, doing so will disable access to the Service.
